By using the TK Shipping customer website, creating a customer account, or accessing shipment information through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or customer account features.
2. Services covered by this website
TK Shipping Solutions provides a customer website that supports public service information, account signup, login, shipment tracking, billing visibility, branch preference management, and related customer account functions.
Shipping operations are designed around branch pickup in Haiti, not home delivery, unless TK Shipping Solutions separately confirms otherwise in writing.
3. Customer accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must promptly update your contact information and branch preference if it changes.
- TK Shipping Solutions may suspend or restrict account access if we reasonably believe information is false, misuse is occurring, or account security is at risk.
4. Customer responsibilities
By using the website and related shipping services, you agree to:
- Use the correct customer identity or shipping display name when shipping packages through TK Shipping Solutions.
- Avoid sending items that are unlawful, prohibited, unsafe, or not accepted by TK Shipping Solutions.
- Provide truthful information about shipments when requested for intake, routing, support, or branch release.
- Review shipment updates, billing visibility, and pickup status in a timely manner.
5. Pricing, billing, and payment
- Shipment pricing is tracked in U.S. dollars.
- Pricing is finalized through TK Shipping Solutions operational intake and billing workflows, not by self-service customer pricing changes on the website.
- The website may show package charges, balances, and billing status, but customers do not pay in-app through this website in the current customer-web experience.
- Package release may be blocked until required charges are fully paid according to TK Shipping Solutions operational rules.
6. Shipment updates and delivery timing
The website is designed to provide structured visibility into shipment progress, including timeline updates, branch readiness, and package detail information.
Delivery or arrival timelines shown on the site or in customer materials are estimates only. Actual timing may vary based on intake, transport conditions, operational handling, branch processing, incidents, or other delays outside normal estimates.
7. Branch pickup, storage fees, and unclaimed packages
Packages are intended for pickup at the Haiti branch associated with your shipment or customer account.
- You are responsible for collecting your package promptly once it reaches available for pickup status.
- TK Shipping Solutions may require payment completion and recipient verification before release.
- If a package remains in available for pickup status for more than 60 days, TK Shipping Solutions may apply storage fees.
- If a package remains unclaimed for more than 90 days after reaching available for pickup status, the client will lose the package.
The 60-day and 90-day periods are operational collection deadlines, not a guarantee that a package will remain available indefinitely after pickup readiness.
8. Prohibited, refused, delayed, or incident shipments
TK Shipping Solutions may delay, hold, refuse, restrict, or otherwise manage packages when required for safety, compliance, operational review, billing, identification, or incident handling.
Website status visibility may reflect such shipment holds, delays, or exceptional handling when those states are made available to the customer account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TK Shipping Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the customer website, service interruptions, shipment visibility data, delays, holds, or customer use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Operational shipment claims, if any, remain subject to TK Shipping Solutions review, shipping records, and applicable business policies.
10. Website availability and information accuracy
TK Shipping Solutions works to keep the website and shipment data useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.
The customer website is a service and visibility tool. Operational records, branch procedures, release requirements, and internal reviews may still control the final handling of a shipment.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, branding, design, written content, and related service materials belong to TK Shipping Solutions or its licensors. You may use the website only for lawful personal customer use connected to TK Shipping Solutions shipping services.
12. Disputes and governing law
Before starting a formal legal claim related to the website or these Terms, you agree to contact TK Shipping Solutions and give us a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
TK Shipping Solutions may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms will apply.
