Create an account and choose the Haiti branch where you want to receive your package. Then either bring your package to one of the US drop-off locations, or shop online and use the shipping name and warehouse address shown in your account.
Air shipments usually arrive in about 3 weeks or less, while sea shipments usually take around 2 months. Actual timing can vary based on processing, transport conditions, and branch readiness.
Most packages are priced at 5 USD per pound, using either the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Phones and laptops are charged at 50 USD each.
For online purchases, use the shipping name and warehouse address shown in your account. The shipping name must include your full name with your customer code.
