How much time does it take for a package to arrive?
Air shipments usually arrive in about 3 weeks or less, while sea shipments usually take around 2 months. Actual timing can vary based on processing, transport conditions, and branch readiness.
How do you calculate the price of a package?
Most packages are priced at 5 USD per pound, using either the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Phones and laptops are charged at 50 USD each.
Which address should I use to send my package?
For online purchases, use the shipping name and warehouse address shown in your account. The shipping name must include your full name with your customer code.
